PRODUCT END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY. BY USING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE; YOU MAY OBTAIN A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT YOU ORIGINALLY PAID IF YOU: (A) DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND (B) RETURN IT, WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT, TO THE LOCATION FROM WHICH IT WAS OBTAINED WITHIN 45 DAYS (FORTY FIVE DAYS) FROM THE DATE OF THE PURCHASE DATE.

  1. DEFINITIONS. "Software" means (a) all of the contents of the files, disk(s), CD-ROM(s) or other media with which this Agreement is provided. "Use", "Used" or "Using" means to access, install, download, copy or otherwise benefit from using the functionality of the Software in accordance with the Documentation.  "Software support" means human activities performed in testing and/or verifying and/or sorting out issues in making software functional. "Permitted Number" means one (1) unless otherwise indicated under a valid license (e.g. volume license) granted by Global eCom. "Computer" means one central processing unit (CPU) that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a specific result based on a sequence of instructions. “Global eCom” means Global eCommerce Services and Solutions
  2. USE OF SOFTWARE. Your use of Software is subject to all agreements such as a license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is included with the Software, ordering documents, exhibits, and other terms and conditions that apply ("License Terms"). You may use the Software subject to the following: (a) the Software may be used solely for a single domain (b) the Software may not be modified or altered in any way; (c) the Software may not be redistributed; and (d) documentation and material that come with software may not be redistributed. (e)Developer edition of the software extension is not encrypted, so it includes intellectual artifacts and knowledge and this edition of software could not be returned by buyer
  3. SOFTWARE LICENSE. You may install and Use a copy of the Software on your compatible Computer up to one domain. You may make one backup copy of the Software, provided your backup copy is not installed or Used on any computer. You may not transfer the rights to a backup copy
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The Software is the intellectual property of and are owned by Global ECommerce Services and Solutions
  5. Limitations On Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, And Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation
  6. NOT FOR RESALE SOFTWARE. The Software may not be sold or otherwise transferred for value, or used for any purpose other than demonstration, test or evaluation.
  7. SEPARATION OF COMPONENTS. The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one device
  8. SOFTWARE TRANSFER. You may not transfer your copy of the Software to a different domain.
  9. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Global eCom may terminate this End User License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
  10. WARRANTY. The software provided hereunder is provided “as is”. Global eCom does not warrant that the Software will meet Licensee’s requirements, that the Software will operate in the combinations which Licensee may select for use, that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all error conditions will be corrected. It is recommended to always backup your installation prior to usage.
  11. SOFTWARE SUPPORT. We have a world class technical support team to help answering questions, providing assistance, troubleshooting issues and making the software fully functional. Our highly skilled and certified professionals will try and use the best available options to sort out issues and that our customers are satisfied. All the support requests are addressed in the order they are received. We may provide a free technical support for the purchased software for certain time period and it may vary from time to time. For example, there may be a free technical support for software extensions for 90 days period and it includes 4 hours of support. If the support effort exceeds 4 hours or if the free support period ends, customers will have an option to purchase the extended support package for uninterrupted work. Software services provided by Global eCom to buyer involves human effort and any purchase for services is not refundable. Customer should provide website access to perform installation services or for any support in trouble shooting problems. In case of Free Installation is completed, and if the customer wants to return, then the installation charges will be deducted at the time of refund. If customer wants us to uninstall the extension, typically it would take 3 hours effort to complete the uninstall and it may vary based on the complexity of the work. We will not provide support for websites which contains adult contents.
  12. DISCLAIMER. All parts of the software are provided on an as is basis. The software downloaded or otherwise obtained is used at your own discretion and risk. Global eCom shall have no responsibility for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of software
